About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and contributing to our overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients and prospects
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of sales, account management, or related experience
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
